1. Competition open to previous Nomad Tours travelers only (the winner will be required to confirm which tour they took the photographs on). If you had entered our previous photograph competition we will only accept new photos in this third annual competition (photos not previously submitted).
2. We require your "Big 5" or best photos plus a sixth photo of yourself on tour (head and shoulders shot) taken by someone else. Your 5 best photographs do not necessarily have to be of animals, we welcome: human interest, cultural, sunsets etc too. We will contact you after you submit your entries to request the high resolution images to be sent by email.
3. All photographs must be the entrant's original work, taken on location during a Nomad Adventure Tour at any time present or past. The winner will not be judged purely on the photographic quality but rather on the subject matter, composition, possible use of humor etc.
4. We will only accept photographs added to an online album gallery such as Google's Picasaweb (free photo album) and your entry details added to the form below. Any online album you upload to is acceptable (Flickr, Facebook etc). Please make sure we have permission to access these photos. Only one entry per person (6 photos) is permitted.
5. All entrants must be willing to have their photographs reproduced by Nomad Adventure Tours for possible use on their websites, annual brochure or posters. We will contact you for higher resolution photographs before the end of the competition. If you have any questions please feel free to ask us, our web development team can resize, crop photos etc for this competition.
6. The judges' decision (Directors of Nomad Tours) is final, entry deadline is by the 2nd April 2010 (at 5 PM + 2 GMT), the winner will be contacted shortly thereafter.
7. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and all travel must be booked and completed by December of the following year.
8.The competition is not open to current or previous Nomad Adventure Tours/Which Way Charters staff, their agents or associated business partners. Photographs will still be welcomed and full credit given to staff if used in brochures or the site etc.
9. The prize excludes international flights and taxes plus ground arrangements. The winner will win two free places on our Cape To Victoria Falls Accommodated Tour (valued at 1 575 Euros each).
