DAY 1 TANZANIA, IRINGA
It is a long drive from historical port city of Dar es Salaam to Iringa. We actually transit through Mukumi NP, but we do not have time to stop and explore.

DAY 2 3 4 5 MALAWI, LAKE MALAWI
It is another long drive from Iringa to the northern beaches of Lake Malawi. We will spend the next couple of carefree days relaxing on the white sandy beaches. For the more adventurous there are endless leisure and water sport activities. Alternatively, soak up the atmosphere and relax in one of the most memorable holiday destinations. Optional Activities: Scuba diving, parasailing, windsurfing, fishing, canoeing, horse riding

DAY 6 7 LUWAWA FOREST
Today we leave the restful beaches of the lake shore and we enter the highlands of Malawi and spend two nights at Luwawa Forest. There are some beautiful hiking trails overlooking the lake. Optional Activities: Fishing, Mountain Biking, Hiking.

DAY 8 9 ZAMBIA, SOUTH LUANGWA NATIONAL PARK
Early in the morning we drive across the Zambian border to Chipata and then on to South Luangwa NP where we spend two nights on the riverbank. The next day we visit the community run tribal textile project and a local village. Later this afternoon we enjoy a guided sunset game drive in South Luangwa NP. On occasion, in the rainy season it is impossible or inadvisable to attempt to reach South Luangwa NP, if this happens an alternative itinerary will be chosen. Optional Activities: Guided Morning Game Walk in South Luangwa NP

DAY 10 CHIPATA
We leave South Luangwa NP today and have a relatively short drive through to Chipata where we will relax in the afternoon.

DAY 11 LUSAKA
The journey towards the bustling Zambian capital of Lusaka takes us along an interesting route. If we arrive on time, and on a week day there may be opportunity to visit one of the interesting local markets of the Zambian capital city.

DAY 12 13 ZIMBABWE, VICTORIA FALLS
Most people will spend the days white water rafting, a not -to-be-missed experience of a lifetime! Victoria Falls offers many exciting alternatives. Optional Activities: White Water Rafting, Bungee Jump, Elephant Excursion, Dinner Out

DAY 14 BOTSWANA - CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
On arrival your guide will brief you on then next few days. Today we visit the spectacular Victoria Falls and experience the thundering sound of the mighty Zambezi before heading across the Botswana border to Kasane, on the banks of the Chobe River. Apart from being the 2nd biggest National Park in Botswana, Chobe National Park is renowned for its high population of migratory elephants. The afternoon is spent Game viewing on a boat cruise, into the renowned Chobe NP. This is an excellent opportunity to view some of Africa’s spectacular wildlife.

DAY 15 16 17 MAUN AND OKAVANGO DELTA
An early start sees us driving through to Maun via Nata. We arrive in Maun in the late afternoon and prepare for our journey into the Delta. The next morning we board our planes. And head into the Delta. After a wonderful scenic flight we arrive at our base for the next two days. During our time in the Delta we enjoy the best nature has to offer. We go on nature walks and if possible will explore the Delta by mokoro. The Delta is truly spectacular and unforgettable experience..

DAY 18 GWETA
We depart the Delta with a scenic flight back to Maun, then head east to Gweta, where we overnight. We’ll usually spend the evening reminiscing around the campfire about our unforgettable Delta experience.

DAY 19 PALAPYE
We leave Gweta behind us and leave towards Palapye, previously known as Phalatswe, where we’ll spend the night. The town is located on the banks of the tranquil Lotsane River.

DAY 20 SOUTH AFRICA, JOHANNESBURG
Today we cross the border into South Africa and after quite a long, yet scenic, drive we will arrive in Johannesburg. South Africa’s city of gold has much to offer and should not be underestimated as a travel destination. There are many excellent restaurants here where we can enjoy a final meal together. Optional activity: Dinner out.
