The Marvin Edition (5th Dec 2009)

Hi ,
Continuing in the musical tracks of our previous truck name's heritage is Marvin. I heard it on the grapevine and Lets get it on, being just two of the legacies he left us. Our tribute to Marvin Gaye includes his pioneering independence which resulted in him breaking free of the restrictive Motown record label monopoly.

The Freddie Edition (5th May 2009)

Hi ,
Our forth truck was named Freddie, following Elvis. Born on the island of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania, Freddie later was a co-founder of the rock band Queen. He was regarded as one of the greatest vocalists and frontmen in the history of music.

The Elvis Edition (5th December 2008)

Hi ,
Our third truck was named Elvis, following Jimi (Hendrix). As an American singer, musician, actor and cultural icon, he is commonly referred to by his first name, or as the "The King of Rock 'n' Roll" or "The King."
One for the money, one for the road...

The Hendrix Edition (9th May 2008)

Hi ,
Nomad's second truck was named Jimi (following Janis). Jimi Hendrix left his mark on the world; widely recognized as one of the most creative and influential musicians of the 20th century, having pioneered the explosive possibilities of the electric guitar. Because he was unable to read or write music, it is nothing short of remarkable that Jimi's meteoric rise in music took place in just four short years.

The Janis Edition (25th January 2008)

Hi ,
Our first truck was named after the rock legend, Janis Joplin. It's a tradition that has continued over the last 10 years. While rock stars evoke powerful memories, we aim to make each tour with us as unforgettable.
