Africa - The mere word conjures up exotic images of discovery, adventure and magic. Having travelled the world I am always drawn home to Africa.
As far as I am concerned, a good destination choice is made up of four ingredients: People, Places, Animals and Adventure. Africa has all these in abundance. Africa needs to be experienced. It's about the sights, sounds, tastes and smells. It's a land of contrasts, and surprises.

At Nomad we are always striving to offer exceptional valuefor- money African holidays. Our size allows us to negotiate better facilities at a better price than many of our competitors. As an experienced African-owned company, we are proud of the fact that our vehicles, equipment and staff are of the highest quality. In 2007 we purchased 25 brand new vehicles, making our fleet the newest on the road!
We are fully licensed and insured and are confident that we are offering some of the best tours and services available in Africa. We travel responsibly through the areas we visit, having as little impact as possible on the regions and people. We are 100% committed to supporting the ideals of environmental organisations and concerns, regularly donating to various causes.

A SHORT HISTORY...

We started over 15 years ago and have always been a leading example in adventure holidays. We remain a developmental force in this sector of African tourism, while still retaining the magic that saw us grow so successfully. Our company was forged the old fashioned way - from almost nothing. We have not forgotten the lessons learned in these early days. Still wholly independent, we remain owner-managed, ensuring passionate attention to quality tours every single day.
From one truck, two employees and one departure a month, we have grown to a fleet of around 40 vehicles, 120 staff and 40 scheduled departures a month all over Africa. We have grown consistently by studiously maintaining the high standards that saw us blossom from the start.
